nothing is 100% undetectable.... thats why every comany  can only  boasts that their product is " virtually undetectable"...
theres gotta be a starting point somewhere....
even the lace fronts that the celebs use are not 100% undetectable... they require full makeup to pull that off on tv  , and up close in real life, you can see it.... at least anyone who has ever worn hair or does it for a living  can pick it out anyway!!
happy hair days

I've been following this thread with interest since it began (in spite of all the crazy drama!). Please have your stylist take some pics and post for us to see- very curious about how undetectable it could be. You can block out your face if you're feeling shy!

So it's a hair integration piece attached with some micro rings or other kind of sewing method?

You were right Metal, it's exactly what you stated. It is the same method I posted the pic of on page 1. It's a very fine fishnet integration. It sounds beautiful! Perhaps Toni can take some snap shots for us? This is what I would like to have done on my hair. You can attach hair anywhere on the head without seeing any attachments. It's expensive, but well worth it if the hair attached is untreated it should last years and years.

Mikopono, its exactly true, the only difference is that your fishnet ( on page 1) is whole cap integration piece, and this systems comes in portions and can be cut out and put just about anywhere .
It is so pretty... and it is expensive but I think it should last for a while ...

the highest doncosa's owner james has ever gotten for a new unit was 36,000.... then he hit the same client for 18,000 later ...
super light blonde russian hair over 24 inches is VERY VERY JARD TO COME BY.... and those superlight shades are still dyed... even if you order raw  hair fr russian , or the ukraine, you get mostly dark blonde shades as your lightest color.....  so for james to constantly come up with super light blondes in russian hair is a crock... besides the fact that it would take probably 6 ponytails of blonde russian hair to make one 12x12 unit that they use for their clients...
mikipono, as one who sells wefts in  euro & indian... would you agree that super light blonde virgin euro hair is very difficult to find in long lengths??

I didnt pay anything near that ! thank god ... i would never... but he got me good too, and the a$$*** wasnt even able to give me the length i asked for. This shouldnt be allowed !
I think he was working his way up with me... he realized i was probably too smart for him to hit me hard the first time... but i did see that every visit was going to be around $400 especially when i didnt get the length i wanted ... it would be like:'oh im getting gorgeous hair in next week, we will add those in " and my question is" why didnt i get the gorgeous long hair to start with??????"

so anyways i got lucky but im out about $6000 because i think someone else would have charged me a lot less....

Just wanted to let you guys know that i changed the name of this thread. DONCOSA calls their process microdot ( supposedly its trademarked) and I refuse to advertise for them. Now i realize other technicians do know how to install the same system and just call it dots. I decided to refer to it as MICRO STITCH ( thats what it really is : technically they are tiny little surgical stitches). and this will avoid giving them publicity which they dont deserve.
