Hi, this is my first time posting but i've been reading this forum for a while now, and i love it! anyway i ordered hair from wicked hair co about 3 months ago, and after two months I emailed them and she said she would send me a new package because the original one must have gotten lost in the mail. so i was happy about that but now another month has gone by and I dont know what to do, its been so long now and i havent received my hair... she said in her email that she had some unfortunate circomestances that she had to deal with, so I dont know if I should email her again or not, its been over a month since she said she'd resend my package, but I dont want to bother her! any suggestions would be very appreciated!!

I sent an email to wicked hair co concerning colours and received a reply a few weeks later on 19th Jan - she apologised for delay and advised me what colour to order, i advised her it was for an event and she said no problem and so i ordered and paid online 20th jan and have heard nothing since. Have sent three emails but no reply and my event has now passed :(

I have read on the forum that she (Ana) has had alot of health problems recently and whilst I understand and sympathise, I think her site should be closed to orders unless they can be fulfilled.
