put braces rubber bands at the end of the braid and rap the band in a funnel shape and slide the beads on it wont come off

Hey -

I`m wanting to braid my hair in quarter inch braids then every few braids wanting to cover in beads, but I am having a hard time finding snap-on beads and not sure how I should do it with regular beads without tearing the braids all apart. any ideas or anyone know where i can find snap-on beads?

(also can anyone recommend a good place for braiding hair in the los angeles/orang county area)
