I just rec'vd my very first LF; however, I ordered a light/med density lace front w/strap in the back and I got a extra light density full lace wig.  Do most vendors accecpt returns for errors like this and I also noticed that the lace grids are very visible, is this normal?  Lastly, I have small cap measurements and I measured numerous times and that wig fits sooo tight (ya'll know I had to try that baby on even though the cap was wrong Big%20smile) is it supposed to be tight, snug, or have a little play room?  I did add an extra 1\2" to my measurements.

Thanks sexi.   I won it on ebay and the vendor advertises that she is reasonable and willing to work out a solution, so I guess I'll have to wait and see what her response is.  What about caps should it fit very snug where you have to squeeze it on or is that just a sign that its too small?  Wow, this is so cool that I could create a topic without having to wait like on BHM.  Tks

Kdee you shouldn't be having to squeeze your lace cap on your head. Do you already have your hair braided or wrapped underneath? If not this could be the problem. If you already have your hair as flat as possible and you still have to struggle to squeeze the lace cap on then it's too small. Don't cut the lace and try to see if you can return it to the e-bay vendor.

I agree with Curly. Return it b/c if you have hair growth then the unit will be useless to you. Having a shaved head I prefer my units to be snug to the point where if I did not want to apply tape or adhesives, I could at least wear around the house and the thing doesn't fly off. It's problems like these (measurements, density, etc) that forces me to keep back up units. Sometimes you'll get units that you just plain do not like. Do not cut lace and contact seller to resolve problems right away.

Quick follow-up.  The vendor was very apologetic and recognized that it was their fault.  She offered to replace my custom or send me a stock similar to the specs I'd originally given.  Tks for your advice ladies.  I'll post pics whenever I get this long awaited for unit of mine.

That's good to hear. I would buy from that vendor given how good her customer service is. Who's the vendor?

The e-bay vendor is Exquisite Wigs.  I'll give more details about the hair quality once I receive the unit.
