Hi everyone!  I really do not want to damage my hair and am looking for the best hair extensions I can get.  Does anyone know if micro links damage the hair - no glue, braiding, etc.  Looks like the better one.  Any information that anyone can provide would be so greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much!  Karissa

I have had great luck with micro rings on my clients.  Keep in mind that any extension method can damage hair is not put in correctly, taken care of correctly, and removed correctly.
