Layers?

My hair is just about shoulder length (a little shorter), it has a small layer in the back - so it flips out. Other then that, it`s all one length. It`s medium thickness, and I have a heart-shaped face. My hair is poofy in the front when I air dry it (I do not use the blow dryer...the frizzyness if from dying it, lol.) I`m growing my hair out, so I don`t want to cut it shorter. Does anyone have a suggestino as to what layers I should get to thin out my hair?
