its not sooo bad...you will be fine, I have had worse where I transfered all the UH onto the babyhairs I had to hold a pony and tie everything for work with a scarf that day.
I think you did really good little grasshopper. I told you that you have to do yourself and get the hang of it. Once you do it will be a breeze and you'll be a pro.
Edited to say: Any you bleached the knots and I remember what those knots looked like. I am so proud I could just cry. Go on girl!!!
Ok ladies, I finally tried applying my unit my self last night, and when I tell you I was sweating like a.....well let's just say I was sweating a lot! Mayn o mayn, this was something else....I just knew that I could do this with no sweat (no pun intended) and look atleast decent...babyyy was I wrong...reality hit me QUICK! Anyway the unit is already a tad to big so when I got it applied the first 2 times, 1 by my beautician and 1 by the lovely Breh, things was kosher, and they worked with the extra size....BUT ME....lol....i think I have to much on one side and just enough on the other....I had to cut a small bit around my ear because the hair was just crazy! I really wanted to scream last night. I used a combo of ST, PF no shine and davlyn on the nape and sides...which the ST is shinin like nobodies business and just Davlyn for the front....which for some reason seems a lil shiny. I don't know if its because I used to much liquid bandade, newphew wipes or what...but I tried to dull it down as much as possible. The NAPE...nooooo comments ....as you will see in the pics One part of it is not even laid down right and has a lil wrinkle in it....so yea I wont be wearing ponies anytime soon! I also bleached my knots a little more, and I think the lace blends in a little bit better. I dont have a stocking cap or anything on the cap itself. I kept telling myself last night, "never again, never AGAIN", but I know i'm just lying to myself because I know I can't afford to keep paying someone to put my units on for me. Anyway, just wanted to share my first app with you ladies. Constructive criticism along with advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to all that helped me along the way!
