Hi Leslie,
glad to hear you are recovering and your hair is growing back.
Mine came back mostly grey ;-)

I don`t know the texture of your hair, but maybe I can be of assistance.
Something I see very often on my way to work are ladies, who slightly spike the back part (by teasing maybe and some product help) and slick down the front with either a part at the side or the middle. I don`t know your age, but some of the ladies use some fancy clips to hold the front in place. Personally I really like that look, mine is still too short for that (slightly longer than an inch).
You could of course slick the whole hair back with a side part, but that really is a matter of taste.

Soon you might have a nice Meg Ryan look, one of my all time favourites.

For really bad hair days I use either a kerchief, bandanna or a light weight hat. I own several lacy crocheted ones I made for summer.

I hope this helps and good luck and patience growing it out!

There is not only black and white, there is also grey

Glad to hear it`s growing. Being a lover of the natural look, I would suggest:

-if your hair is in a growing-in phase you don`t like, go out with a babushka.

-When it gets to chin or collar length, part it on the side and keep the non-parted side back with a
clip.

Not sure if this should really go here or on the "hair Loss" topic...but my hair is growing back (YIPEEEEEE) so I decided to post it here.

On to the question o` the thread...My hair is growing back and is about 2 inches long now. I have successfully pulled off the bedhead look about as long as I can. It is getting long on top and not standing up as well as it did. (I use BedHead products)

I want to grow my hair back out to about shoulder length, so a haircut is not in the stars for me.

Anyone have any "In-between" suggestions for me? It`s yet too short to really curl (It won`t fit around the smallest curling brush) so it may have to be something finger-styled.

Thanks in advance!
