Melora Hardin -- Jan from "The Office" -- seems to have used the writers' strike to grow her hair. She looked great during the Academy Awards (if you can look past the over the top red lipstick:
 
 
And her hair looks even longer in a series of YouTube videos called The Elevator:

For anyone interested, Melora had a really cute, short, very curly 'do in the movie Seven Girlfriends, where I first saw her. She also sings really well in the movie. It's a good little flick starring Tim Daly, worth renting.

She has never looked better. She looks much younger and prettier with this look imo. Kudos to her!!

Every time a celeb has longer hair, do we now have to type that she's "bucking the trends?" Melora Hardin was on the "Mike and Juliet Show" this morning. Both Melora and Juliet Huddy continue to be on the grow.
 
 
By the way, Melora is Jan on "The Office," which returns tonight to NBC. Please watch it so the show's ratings soar. You'll be glad you did.

I searched and was able to find a picture of her with short curly hair and it works for her also
