Sorry for the delay.. yes, it's a in the Salon Plaza in Rockville, MD..

Very private, I am always the only person in the room.  No one there but me.

But now my good friend who is the Queen of Fusion can apply lace fronts.  Her daugher just graduated from Beauty School and used to do my weaves. She is getting into apply LF and braiding hair. She can style very well too!

I am letting her install my new LF I received from Remy Hair Today.  It's very natural looking esp. around the hair line!  I got 14 inches, I wanted it to look really natural.  It's so pretty.  I hope to get it installed next weekend.

Valencia is very private and works out of her home in Laurel.

I feel you about folks all up in your hair!  I have been sick over the past few years.  My medication does a number on my real hair and causes it to fall out in huge clumps.  I hate having to explain why I have long hair in some areas and not in others.  You know how how nasty folks can be!

Try the salon in super walmart, if you guys have them where your at.  When you go to any salon don't say it is a lace front, lie and act like  it is a human hair wig you got from the BBS. They might know your lying about the lace front but if you act like you didn't pay alot for it than they will do it. They are just worried about you not liking the cut and trying to charge them $1000 to replace. So give them the "Oh, this old thing" act.

from what i gathered it depends on the location and their policies.. i've seen some that will do it without hesitation and others will say its against their policy.. even tho they might be the same franchise.. some will and some won't.. so its hard to determine which one's will... i think some have b/c they didn't realize it was a wig.. others do and don't care.. some say they as part of their policy won't cut a wig b/c of their not willing to take responsibility..

In the Detroit area  Sheare Pointe (a hair loss specialty clinic) will cut and thin for only $15. My regular hair stylist did mine and only charged $15

That sucks... I've been looking for a place to walk in and get a cut.  Im in Maryland also. My stylist will still charge me $70 like she is cutting and thinning a weave. I just dont want to pay that much, but I guess I may be stuck with it.

Please chime in and let us know where you get your LF cut.

Please be specific with Name and location.

The only reason I can see them not wanting to cut is because if they screw up, they can't say, oh girl it will grow back!Wink

Wow! I reside in MD. Did they say why? I think Ocular Hair Designs in Clinton, MD (which is not far from me) will cut and thin LFs.

Sexi,

Maybe you can start an info thread on what hair cut spots will cut your LF.  Have the ladies give up their information for all over the world and this way we know who does or does not cut.

If you already did this...my bad...Embarrassed
