I bought the wavy 23" one and it says it needs a spray in conditioner to keep it looking fresh and tangle free in between washings. Will any kind do?

Yeah, if you're talking about the human hair version, then yes, any spray-in leave-in conditioner should do. I've heard good things about Dove Moisture Mist and Tresemme, but any light conditioner will do.
Love clip-ins and tape!

If its synthetic, there are a few synthetic hair sprays you can use. Velvasil is a good product or you can dilute liquid fabric softerner like Downey in a spray bottle with water and it works great as a detangler/refresher spray on conditioner for synthetic hair.

ya, they are the synthetic so I will try the fabric softner. It's the detangler that I need.

ya know what also works well on synthetic? Mousse! It takes all the frizzies out. I've used regular leave-in conditioner on synethic hair and it worked great!
