?? about dream catchers

Hi!!  i had dream catchers hair extensions about a year ago from hair tech in beverly hills - i took them out quite a while ago - now i live in st. louis and i want them back in - my daughter is just about finished with cosmotology school and i want her to try to put them in tonite!!! sally beauty sells tools that look almost identical to what they used at hair tech - am i crazy to try to do this????  i have VERY thick wavy hair & they gave my extensions a body wave - i only want them for length not volume - i cant remember how many i have but on my initial consult they told me i needed a certain amount and that amount doubled by the time they were all in (so did the $$)  any suggestions would be helpful
