re-rounder tool???

What is the best tool for opening hairlocs or microlinks? I've read a few posts about the re-rounder tool that Tangles uses, where can I buy that? I just purchased an install/closer tool from hair lab but I'm not sure if its the right one.  And I should stay away from the tool with prongs right?

The tool with the prongs is evil.  When I was doing Eurolocs and using the pointy prongs to reopen it, I have never seen so much breakage on people!  It was horrifying.
 
I just use the regular pliers to reopen the ring.
