hello! i'm just very new to all that, but need quite urgently to understand all the secrets and mysteries of wig-wearers:) i have a lot of questions, but most what bothers me now, is which hairs at the to choose finally..?? i want curly cooper hair, means they gonna make perm and then probably me myself i color them. so, if i take european hairs they will look with best match to my own hairs, but!! will they survive all of this procedures? and if i take indian: to dye them in to light color they'd have to proceed them, so they wouldn't be virgin, which means they wouldn't be looking nice for a long time..? and i'd like them to stay with me for some time... a year would be good..! thank you all in advance!!! p.s. plaese forgive my english
There is a LOT to know about wearing full lace wigs. Start with the Newbie Thread at the top of the page on the "Lace Front Wigs Talk" board.
With regards to processing the hair, you can buy the wig already made in the color and curl pattern that you want but ofcoarse it will not be virgin hair. If you want to buy a virgin unit and put the curly perm on it and color it yourself you could do that too. Also, you can purchase virgin hair in the color that you want and send it to the vendor to make a lace wig for you.

Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness".

they can dye the indian for you, and yes it would not be virgin anymore.. but that would be the easy way to get the color you want. it would look nice and keep as long as you take good care of it..

yes, i know, i just afraid it won't look as good as virgin or it's gonna be too thick.. but at least i could order really long hairs then, i always dreamt to have slightly longer then a waist..(: btw, if my height is 158, i'd need to order approx. 28''-30'' for curly hairs? i just soooo afraid that it won't look nice and my husband would also notice and wouldn't like it if it feels too strange, but i don't know may be they aren't that different..?? if i want light auburn, so i, for example, wright in order that i want this color cuticle (remy) hair. so, they would have to drown it once, right? and if i care really well, but wear them all the time (can not take them off, it would probably scare my little children and freak out my husband, if one moment i have wonderful hairs and the next i'm totally bald;), how long could they look good? and about the quality, any recommendations? i know, for sure it's the same questions you hear all the time or even worse:) i just worry so much about this total replacement...

For a newbie, I would probably not recommend getting a curly unit first time since the curly units require a different kind of maintenance and care. I would recommend getting a straight or naturally wavy unit already colored from the vendor. It's very low maintenance and you can find out if you and your family likes it.
i heard it's a little tricky with curly wig, but i did quite a few times perm on my hairs, so i would assume that the care of such hairs should be rather similar. though is there natural curly out there? thank you for the offers, tea4two! but i just cannot imagine myself without curls... our dreams don't change:) and your hair is very beautiful!!! well, you are even more!!!
