I'm done with lace wigs, I'm going back to tracks. I'm sick of dealing with the tape and glue. I'm tired of my wigs tangling. I have an appointment next week for a sew in!
Do any of you ladies feel me?

I work for a place called Cindycut....where we make wigs (out of real human hair) for people with alopecia, trichotillomania and other types of hair loss.....i think you would benefit from our site. I strongly urge you to check us out....

Dang Chocolatey I'm sorry they stressin you! I've not gotten tired yet, altho i get tired of going my own hair.. I know in the summertime it is challenging b/c of the heat, but if you can make thru that, then when winter comes maybe it'll be better for you!

Chocolatey-enjoy your break! My options are limited and a sew-in for me still made me feel self-consicous (very thin hair issues), I will be in some type of lf for life. For me they are a life saver. Send pics of how your sew in looks!

Take a rest girlfriend. It's probably what you need right now but remember there was a reason you chose lace wigs. I too think that it's probably the heat that may be preventing you from getting the hold you'd enjoy but practice makes perfect. It can be stressful trying to find the adhesive and application technique that works just for you but there's one that will work and I'm sure you'll find it. I was a weave wearer for many years and spent a lot of $$ keeping it up. One day I removed the weave and looked at what years of weave wearing had done to my hair. I was depressed for a long while and began wearing african head wraps to give my hair care and rest. Then I learned about lace wigs. My lace wig journey was a true trial of my patience but I'm glad I hung in there because now my hair is longer, stronger, and healthier than ever before. My point is, try not to get stressed out; take a rest if you think you need to; but the sooner you find the adhesive and application technique that works for you the better off your hair will be and you'll save tons of $$ too.
Always aspire to be the light in the midst of darkness.
Girl i am feeling you. I am tired too. But i love them. I have a love hate relationship with my lf. I ordered two again and ruined a lot of them. It“s warm now so the lf are sliding back after a few days. I hope in the winter it will be better.
