I have a great haircut. When I left the salon, my hair looked just like the picture I gave my haircutter.
Now, I can`t seem to recreate it. I bought the brush she used to style it. Already had the styling gel she used. What Happened?!
p.s. I watched her do it...well tried anyways.
p.p.s. A tip...make sure you wear your contacts not your glasses. I squinted alot trying to see how she styled my hair.

Have you tried calling your hairdresser? Maybe he/she could give you some tips on how to style your new cut.

words of advice...unless you are the hairdresser, styling it the way he/she did have very little chances of happening. for one, they have all the different angles to style your hair. you might be able to get it simular, but not exact. when i used to have my hair layered when it was really popular, it always made me mad that i couldnt do it the way my stylist did it. so either give him/her a call and see if you can come in so they can show you or id opt to go for something thats going to be really easy to style. i know its frustrating to get a haircut you love, and then not being able to make it look right. check with the stylist.

I have the exact same problem. I went in for a cut with a picture of Allison Mack, but now I cannot recreate the look. I can get my hair to look decent, but nowhere near where I want it to look. Bummer !

I can tell you from styist I have talked to they hate to see there hard work not look good. They know you have problems an any stylist worth the price he/she charges will be glad to help you. I have date the same girl for 5 years and she changes her style regularly but it ALWAYS looks the same .. because she styles it the same way. The lady I dated before could recreate any style. Its a skill that must be learned and your stylist will be grad to teach you. My suggestion, any time you are getting a major change schegdule 2 appointments... one for the cut and style then another a cpl of days later to address your satyling issues.
