hi i am from india, i have long hairs like to go for short but dont have any idea about how short should i go nor i have any pic to refer pls let me know some we site or send me some short hair style pic

If you want photos why don`t you check the huge gallery here at this site? They have more photos than any other hair site on the web and they are in a searchable database that allows you to select according to length, color & face shape.

Go to:
http://gallery.hairboutique.com/

Select "short" as the category and then look through all the styles.
