wat is the best shampoo to use?

i use head and shoulders is that shampoo good?

and how many times a week do you shampoo your hair?

i shampoo my hair after 3 days but wash it with water every day to get my gel out is that ok?

There is no one "best shampoo." It depends greatly on your hair type, i.e., fine, course, frizzy, oily, dry, etc. What is yours?
