Does anyone have a tutorial or video on a quick weave?  This is done after your hair is wrapped or braided and a stocking cap is placed over the hair.  Wefts of hair are then glued on.

I wear a quick weave piece by purchasing them at the beauty supply store.  You have to blend in some of your own hair with the quick weave.  Normally, I'll leave my edges out (enough to cover the piece), put my hair in one braid, put stocking cap on, then put the quick weave on.  it's like a half of wig, i sometimes wear with head band.

Sorry I couldn't provide you with a tutorial!

I had someone that uses a plastic cap on the hair then they put on the stocking cap then they glue the hair on the stocking cap. When I was first introduced to them I loved it now I run away from them. They took my hair out and I wear nothing but sew ins now!

I know a bit about quick weaves. Going to make a good tutorial about them next year. For now I would agree with hair Goddess. Check on you tube. Can't guarantee you a quality video but you'll see something that you can work with.

Good luck!

Was this the Outre Quick Weave or Sensationnel Instant Weave?

Sounds like that person you are speaking of made their own wig and it did not work out the same....(correct me if I'm wrong though).

no this is regular hair. they used the processing cap to ensure that the glud didnt get on their natural hair. this is how some ppl do quick weaves. you can do qucik weaves on a stocking cap and its versatile because you can remove it!

The type of quick weave i'm talking about has a comb in the front and a comb in the back.  It's like a wig by blend your natural hair with it.  And you don't have to use glue or anything and it's removable.  I love them. Check out this one.

I have an article on how to use the stocking and plastice cap method. This is a 100% way of not getting glue on your hair by quick weaving. This is also an awsome way to experience hair coloring without bleaching or damanging your hair!
