I would suggest you test strand doing the orangy parts only with the 6% or the 9% first and see how that comes out before jumping to the 12%. Your roots will always go lighter because they are quickened by the heat of your head, so you probably just need a little more processing on the ends to help them catch up.

My hair is naturally between a 6 and 7 on wella charrt. I had hightlighted throughout. I want a nice baby blonde colour all over, so
put belach with 9% on roots let that lift, then washed off and dried then put Wella 12/89 with 6% all over, the roots are perfect but the mid lenghts slightly got a orangey tinge. Can I put the 12/89 with 12% on this part will it do anything.
