I think body is the right term for what I'm asking.



Note how my hair falls flat against my head. I'm looking for any way to give it a bit of raise before it goes down. I've tried shampoos and conditioners that claim to increase body without any luck

I do not really want to use gel or hairspray, and would prefer to avoid blow drying it.

I would reccommend using a volumizer or root lift at the hair root and you can allow it to air dry.
