my hair is thick, wavy, frizzy, puffy, dry, and damaged. I HATE MY HAIR! I dont konw what to do anymore... i have tried EVERYTHING, all the straighting products, relaxers, straight irons, moisturizers, EVERYTHING and nothing works for my hair. Even my stylist has given up on me. I have to wear my hair in a pony tail everyday because it is sooo bad, the second i get out of the shower i put my hair up into a pony tail because the second it starts to dry it gets frizzy and puffy. I am about ready to shave it off and buy a wig. I just want sleek, shiny, soft, and smooth hair, but it really seems i have no hope. I dont know where to go or what to do, nobody can help me! SO PLEASE, if anyone has any advice for me...please help!!!!

HAve you ever tried Redken-All soft? It really works and makes the hair smooth and soft.
I use the Shampoo and the ""Addicitve Spray" . Probably the "Power Mask" would be an option for you?
The Lady in the salon told me that it made the hair really hang down and soft- which is what some people with uncontrollable hair sometimes whish for-
