I have been dying my hair for YEARS. From brown to blonde, back and forth for atleast 7-8 years but recently I have noticed that my hair is SUPER DRY. What can I do to nourish it? Something that REALLY works- not just a coating!!!! I also want to go blonde again but I am worried that it will really damage my hair since it's already dry. Some dyes say they leave your hair in better condition after using- is that true???
