old member needs help

hey everyone i was on here like 2 years ago had started from scratch developed pretty good waves and then i went to college my first month there i lost my waves because i just didnt keep up like i should now i want my waves back but i dont know whats up with my hair it seems to me like my hair is straight all of a sudden but if u guys could give me some advice i would greatly appreciate it and im sad to say i dont even remember the stuff i use to do i know i have some carrot cream and pink lotion and im lost after that also i will include some pics so i can show u what i mean oh i just got a cut last week and i wanna know can i start back trying to develop my waves now or do i need to get another cut and then start
