No this isnt a Willie Shakespeare spoof on Taming the shrew, however, this is my shrewd approach to working on the crown - the obstinant bastard that it is. I even spell obstinant right ? anywho- In my "attempt" at wolfing I more or less took a brush by committee approach in regard to the strength of the bristles. That being said, depending on your texture this MAY be of some use to yall.
That was last pic drop..I done took it wayy lower since then. Im testing a reverse wolfing technique -dont ask lol.
Just been using a softer brush when its low to prompt the straight hairs to curl rather than a firm one that makes them wanna get down and stay down. Maybe its been said but, dax & other heavy pomades on short hair exacerbates the non waving problem. Again depending on your texture, the mileage may vary. buuuuuut, CC is highly recommended. Oh yea two mirrors to check AS u brush the swirl helps. No two swirls are created equal. Ok ok I lie but still, im just sayin.
