short 2 long extensions

I have short 2 long extensions (bonded hair attached to real hair with the micro beads) that I got about a month ago.  I really like the look of the extensions, but I have already had issues.  A batch of the extensions have been falling out.  The hair was just falling out of the bonded end.  I took some of these out myself and there were literally just a few strands of hair left in them.  My stylist sent the batch back so we are waiting to find out if replacements will be sent.  Also, I have had a few of the extensions come out and have my hair in them.  This bothers me because the whole reason I got the extensions is to keep them until my hair grows out.  If this is causing breakage or my hair to fall out, I will take them out immediately.  It's only been a month, so I'm wondering If I should take them out and lose out on the money I paid.  Anyone have an opinion?
