you know how everyone has a predetermined maximum length that hair can grow... well does anyone know if that length can change? when i was younger my hair easily grew to my waist but now that i`m older(18 years old) it has a hard time getting past my upper back... could my maximum length have been shortened?
Sometimes it`s not what we put on our hair that nourishes it...it is what we put in our mouth. Diet, drugs(meds), smoking, all have major impact on the strength of your hair. Strong healthy hair grows longer, weaker undernourished hair is more brittle and breaks under it`s own weight.

I am 20 years old and my hair still grows, it is now past my waist, but I have never colored or permed my hair before(I have been tempted to), it is just long brunette hair, my natural color. I don`t know if that has anything to do with it. Maybe peoples hair quits growing long at different ages.
