V05 Hot Oil Treatment

I have had good luck with it over the years, using it pretty "religiously" (that is, per instructions - once per week, on wet hair before shampooing, leaving it on for not too long before shampooing out).  One year I switched from it to Jojoba oil and my hair actually was noticeably worse, though it may have just been overdue hair loss after a miscarriage some months before, and others on this site swear by Jojoba oil.  I recently went from long to short and have still kept using VO5 hot oil even with short hair.  So you might give it a try.  I prefer the two tube packs of hot oil to the "shower works" oil product that VO5 also offers.  The cost can add up - $3.00+ for 2 weekly treatments - so you might shop around and see which store near you has it for less.
