Sackhoff revealed her appearance is going to change a little well, okay a lot to her. "I just lost a huge battle with the producers as far as my hair and what length it should and should not be. So, it's gonna be gone. Shorter than it was in the mini-series." Like Natalie Portman in V For Vendetta short, we asked? "Yeah, kinda like that," she explained.

Not the news I was hoping for. She looked great with her longer hair. I think she had some of it "faked". For the ending of last year show.

Yeah, I like the bob she had, and when she tucked the hair behind her ears...sigh.
I am a geek.
And, I...I've got nothing to offer you, no no, just this heart deep and true, which you say you don't need...Know in your soul, please...For haven't you me, with you now? And I love you, I love you...

I liked the fake hair they added for the last show. Looked good on her.

She finally cut it on tonight's show. She was standing in front of a mirror in the coed locker room, put her foot on the sink, pulled up her pant leg, removed her knife, placed it in her mouth, gathered her hair in a ponytail, grabbed the knife and sawed her ponytail off just below chin length. The entire scene lasted maybe a minute. In the next scene, she had it tucked behind both ears; looked pretty cute; much better than that scraggly mess she had going on.

At lest it wasn't as short as she said in the post that started this off Shaved. Unless they are going to do that over the show.

Nice to see so many BSG fans here! I'm a season behind (watching on DVD) but so far I've liked her hair most in the very beginning of the series, short and layered, before she started growing it out. Seemed to suit her character more, rebellious and punky, almost purposely cut like a man's hair. Haven't liked it much growing out, as it always seems to be in the way or pulled back, so what's the point?
Although if she kept it in this new retro-glam style from Hawg's post, I guess I could see the point...
Your hair is your best accessory; wear it with STYLE!
Not to get total off the subject but is BSG comming back? I haven't heard anything. Her hair looks great there. Thanks for the pic HAWG.

Yes, BSG has been renewed for a fourth (and final) season which I believe will begin airing in January 2008. There will also be a 2 hour "prequel" movie in November which I hear will focus on the Battlestar Pegasus and what happened to them prior to their rendezvouz with Galactica.
And just to stay on topic, while Katee prefers her hair longer, I like the bob myself.

Maybe that prequel is for the start of the other show that was pitched around. Thank you strawberiblonde.

Katie (or is it Katee?) is known for a lot of things, but not long curly hair... until now. When I enlarged the closeup, I was blown away. What a great head of hair.
Who has more fun than people?
