Her hair is way too short. She has a long elegant neck that needs a little covering to keep them guessing. I think the best style would be close to shoulder length, straight with a bob effect, long in the front and shorter in the back with a slight curl forward in the front, bangs would be nice and the colour a soft light blonde, not harsh to keep her attractive in a classy way.

I think the longer pixie worked best...this is a little to stark for her.

She reminds me now a bit of Annie Lennox. I love Annie's music, but I'm not sure Heather would love the resemblance.

     I think her cropped hair has been extemely well cut, and it looks 100% better than the raggedy pixie to me. But I still don't understand the original haircut. Easier to go about incognito, maybe? Confused Bob
