Can someone tell me how to do this style? I've tried backcombing and teasing but i hardly get any height. Thanks!

Hello,
    In order to get height with teasing, you will need to apply a strong hold hair spray first. Take the section and spray it with hair spray ( i recommend Big Sexy Hair What a tease.) That will give you maximum hold. Take your hair and tease it until it stands on it's own. Then spray it again. Then smooth the front of the section so that it doesn't look like a rat's nest! You could try doing a high bun and the covering it with hair.
