I have grown my hair long over the past 3 years for the first time in my life and I really enjoy it. I am in my early forties and luckily still have a full head of hair. My wife was initially opposed but now seems to be ok with it. The problem is I am almost entirely gray which doesnt bother me, but my wife says that if i want to keep it long i have to dye it. I was wondering what opinions you might have. I have not had anything cut at all for about 18 months now and have scheduled an appointment to trim the ends and start getting rid of any layers. My wife also wants me to get it colored. Should I? and if so what color? My hair was dark before.
interesting case. well your wife is right. the hair color will give much needed sheen to your hairs and make them look more uniform and full. You can take the natural dye to wade away any risk of hair damage and related problems.
