I bought these extensions from Sally's Beauty Supply. I can't find anything on how to reapply them. The girl at Sally's sold me white glue called (Proclaim super bond hair glue). It's not the right stuff but she said everyone buys it. I can't get on the web site for satin strands it won't load. Can anyone help?

You could probably apply them by using keratin bonds, or even shrinkies/microrings, if they are your usual pretipped hair extensions.
Or even try Manemaxx method with them.
Proclaim might be that nighmare-ish glue I have heard of from Sally. Don't start using crappy glue, because it can be a pain and also damaging to remove. I would go with keratin or Tempbond (Manemaxx) for safety.
I've used the proclaim glue before..it isn't bad, but it is very very hard to get out. I used baby oil. also its a latex glue, so careful if you use any conditioners, etc.
Did you get the weft satin strands? I used this for my first install a little over a year ago...the method was sew in. Honestly the quality of the hair left something to be desired. It matted, lifted, frizzed and looked awful after the first wash.
hopefully you have better luck than I did with it. I used rio nights. I cried after I washed and dried it once I realized the actual quality of the hair.
