I have Remi Saga hair and it keeps tangeling after only a few weeks some one told me if I ran a perm thru it it would help with the tangles....

It is generally not advised to perm extension hair. Even remi hair is processed hair, and what they have used to process that hair might not work well with a perm. You can always do a strand test. You may find that it makes your problem worse.
