I have come on here as I need some help :)

I have coloured my hair at home lots of times with the kits you buy in the shops, however I have recently had my hair coloured a vibrant red in my salon but because of fade need to touch it up myself.
They dont do the right tone in the shops so I have been given the colour of Koleston Perfect they use on me in the salon so i can touch up myself.
 
I need to use 55/65 vibrant reds and i wondered what welloxon I need to use with it ?Confused
 
also how much tint and how much welloxon do i need to mix ?Confused
 
They also told me this is semi permanant.. is this right ? can i get this in permanant ?
 
Can someone give me some advice ?
