Highlight nightmare $$$

I want to use a product called "Colorful" Protein Color Filler #3 Platinum. (Got it at Sally's) I have highlighted hair that's too brassy. (Professionally done and paid wayyyy to much $$$ for it to end up like this)

Anywho, I am using these products, in this order:
1.) Redken Extreme Shampoo
2.) Redken Extreme Conditioner
3.) Redken Extreme Stength Builder Plus
4.) Redken Extreme Anit-Snap

At what point do I apply the 'Colorful' Protein Color Filler #3 Platinum and how long do I leave it on? Should my hair be wet or dry?
