Kate has been the celeb with the best long hair for over a decade. Sure, that Blake Lively has beautiful hair, but keep it looking sexy for over 10 years and we'll talk.

Funny that she became a long hair icon, as for much of the time, when she was younger, she had short hair.

Gotta say that Kate consistently has possibly the best red carpet hair in Hollywood...if not the best, period.  And she wears an updo better than just about anyone.
3 pm is simultaneously too late and too early to start anything.
