OK, I know there have been several in the last year that have done this side buzz thing. I have a good friend in the hair industry that doesn't believe me (and she works in a swanky salon) so I am trying to put together a list of "celebs" that have done this. I know Kesha is the latest. Can you help me find the rest? THANKS!!!
Not sure if the word 'celebrity' truly applies, but Cher Lloyd (a singer of no great talent from Britain's X-Factor) also had one a short while back :)
I find these partial shaves unattractive on everyone. In fact, they look ridiculous and desperate to me. Maybe that's the point behind the decision for someone to do this, I don't know. At a restaurant tonight, I thought a young lady at the next table had shaved one side of her head and desperately wanted to ask her why? Did she hate the way her hair looked before that? Was she seeking attention? And then I saw she had the other side shaved as well, so it was kind of a fluffy mohawk. To make matters worse, she had those giant plastic slugs in her stretched-out ears. I didn't ask her anything. The mohawk gal's mother -- who looked mortified at everyone staring -- was sitting at the table with her.
