Need Helps With Highlights

 

I have highlighted my hair with bleach for many years, to the point now it doesnt actually look highlighted. I have been to the hairdressers who put in some brown and blonde highlights, but due to being pretty skint at the moment I can not afford to go to the hairdressers, so my roots have come through which is my natural medium to dark brown.

 

Can anyone advise if I can go an ash blonde? and do it from the bottle? That way each time I can do it from home when its needed and not an expensive trip to the hairdressers.
