Same style--but seemingly quite a bit shorter: the wispy bits are back (though it's not bad)

Same style even, just bring it to top of her shoulders or mid-neck. It would look a lot better.

Betty had a good hair day here. She looks great in this pic, but her fashion sense often leaves a lot to be desired. Clutters herself up with thick, fussy belts, and old womanish two and three pieces (most of which are recycled on a weekly basis).
 
She's Vietnamese, so her hair is probably black (Yes, I know her father was American, but it's probably black). All the brown dying must take some of the life from it.
