There's something about that story I find very hard to believe. Would CD give 'a friend' hair cutting duties who was obviously totally incompetent--or wanted to deliberately embarrass her friend? Maybe it's easier to believe that CD went willingly short, didn't like the result and came up with this story as a lame justification.

I was always under the impression that her long hair was mostly extensions - she naturally has very fine hair.

I've always liked her in a bob.  She had an adorable one in the Something About Mary era, but this one is not good.  Something about the layering on the bottom is not working.  And there is no excuse for the color.  Ugh.

Let this be a lesson:  don't let your friends cut your hair.

      I don't think that Cameron ever had the greatest looking long hair (too processed), but I can fully understand why she was bawling after this "trim" gone wrong.

Cameron is not a fan of her short haircut, admitting it made her cry.

Yeah, I'm on board with the "better style, aging color" bandwagon.  In that photo she looks like a young Helen Mirren or that she's prepping for the sequel, "There Used To Be Something About Mary"...

Too light and too short.  Both can age you.  Check out some pics when it was longer and blonder and you'll still see the same face is the same, but the style offsets it...

Not a good look at all, but I think it is more than just the hair...what happened to her...looks like she aged twice as fast as everyone else.
