Wouldn't you think that by the time someone turns 30, she would have learned that dark roots don't necessarily make you look sexier? Or, if you're 30 and rich, that you would be able to hire good people to wash your hair and hide those roots -- especially if you're going to have a big photo posted in People Magazine.

Happy birthday, Britney Spears.

Agreed.  Especially when she could go with the latest hair color techniques such as dip dye or Ombre which would give her blended roots.  But she tends to be a mess with her hair.  Remember the horrible extensions?

What's so odd about Britney is that she has access to some of the best celebrity hair colorists and stylists in the world.  So why doesn't she do a better job with keeping the blonde looking better?  Another on of those Britney hair mysteries we may never figure out.

She is a judge on X-factor and I was surprised how old Britney looked. She still looks good but does look older.
