Hi Uzi,
Yes it actualy is Egyption style. Ive been trained on Egyption and Lebanese style bellydanceing and am now learning from a new teacher who actualy uses hair in the dances like you described.
Im not sure if I am professional anymore. Last year i was danceing now and than at a local restuarant and at a few hotel party events so i guess I was professional. But I quit the troop that I was involved with for that and now might not be allowed to dance anywhere. I had a contract with my old troop leader that if you leave you cant dance for money in this area. I dont know how legal it is really but I dance for fun anyways. My job that brings in the money is as a biologist.

Your hair is stunning! I sometimes wish I could get my poker straight hair to curl like yours. this is the best it will do, curled at the ends. This isnt the best pic sorry...it was taken over a year ago.

Imagine if you had been persuaded to wear it short all your life...never knowing what heavenly waterfalling patterns and spirals would appear if hair was left to grow.
Thank you so much for sharing your terrific tresses with us. I am a fan!!!

and for psycho*****: my hair has never been short, it has always been past my shoulders. i cut my hair to my shoulders about 3 years ago, because my hair wasn`t very healthy. i`ve been growing it since then. i still need 5cm for my hair to reach waist-lenght again...

thank you so much! for all who asked: i recently decided to use only natural hairproducts. in former times i used products like kms and pps. they were really good, but quite expensive... i often do a hot-oil treatment and try many of the recipes i have found here in hair& alternative therapies. my current favourite is a treatment with avokado, oliveoil and honey. lol!
Beautiful hair!!!! Would you by any chance want to share your hair care regimen with us? Some of the dos and don'ts you follow??? Can't wait to hear. Sheila
