Should I even start the center part debate? Bangs and/or off center part would help. She does have nice hair, just looks like it needs about a 3" trim (not saying I don't like the length - just needs to look healthier and fuller).

I'd agree on the side part and possibly long bangs as the center part makes her look awfully Maria Shriver-y...and not in a good way. 
 
As for the trim, I don't think she needs it.  A quick Google image search shows her hair is plenty thick, full, and healthy.  In the photos above, however, most of it is simply not pulled around front.
 
(quick edit/addition: Looking at the Google pics a bit more, she looks remarkably like a young Katie Couric crossed with Maria Shriver.)

Yeppers, you're right - just pieces of the layers in front... so I'll adjust to 1/2-1" trim, lol. Like the other pictures that show the full length.
