Most celebrities look beautiful with both short and long hair. Some look great with long hair, but short hair doesn't do much for them. There are a handful of celebs who rock short hair but long hair isn't that becoming o them.

Emma's hair appears to be below her shoulders again and it just doesn't look as beautiful as when it was short.

Seems like she just doesn't care to style it or make it look good.

Still cute but I think she rocks short hair. She does look really young in these pics.

I agree with everyone commenting on how young she looks -- To me, she was passably 20ish with the short hair, but now she looks back in her teens. Maybe it's a lack of make-up.

Maybe that's why super short hair worked for her. It required no work.

But really the truth of the matter is that a woman being beautiful doesn't mean she rocks long hair like Taylor Swift or Kate Beckinsale.
