Looks sort of like a youngish (and maybe a little prettier) Mia Kirshner, who also went short at one point. She wears both lengths well.

So a long hair Victoria and a short hair Victoria walk into a bar...I would notice them both but would end up with the short hair one (OK, only in my dreams)
