I do think she looks great and do deplore not only the stick straightness, but the flatness and center-parted-ness. It's just so damn severe, not warm or soft or flattering at all (IMHO). That she sticks with it so relentlessly is puzzling to me, not even changing it up here and there as trends change.

Since the bad old days of GI Jane, Demi has had only one bad haircut, a horribly layered one back about 2005. She must have agreed with my opinion of that, since her hair has been magnificent ever since the layers grew out. She is proof positive that fifty-somethings should hesitate to submit their heads to the shearing station.

It's amazing really. I see no real evidence of significant ageing nor of any obvious plastic surgery. If she's had plastic surgery (and I suppose she has) then she obviously found an excellent surgeon. I find her neck particularly astounding. This is usually the place which shows the age even if all the rest looks great. Demi's neck looks like a swan's neck!
As for her hair, it looks perfect, though I guess she must be dying it.
Good point, fatmoogas. I was further reminded of that today when I ran across some photos of Courteney Cox who has obviously now moved into the smooth, horizontally stretched, weirdly wide mouth phase of her nip/tucks. Which makes me sad. Courteney was always cute and, as I said before, cute ages well. Too bad she forgot that...

The 2015 Corvette convertible is an amazing looking car. When driven by a fat bald guy, the car doesn't look any worse but the car doesn't make the fat gut look any better either.
IMO the same with Demi, great hair but it really does nothing for her. Esp center parted tucked behind BOTH ears! A decent style would make her and her hair magnitudes better.

The jaw length bob from Indecent Proposal was hard to beat! It worked well with her stick straight hair. At the current too long length, it's like she's keeping it that length out of laziness. Either that or because she thinks Hollywood wants a 50+ year old leading lady with way too long hair as a leading role. With her mediocre acting ability, it won't help anyways.
