You really can't tell from this picture what her hair looks like.  It appears she might have a very short ponytail? It definitely does not look like the pixie is back.

I will say that I think this is just about the shortest cut you could have and still be considered a bob.  The next step inevitably seems to be a return to the pixie.

It's not a bad style, but I feel like it requires a much thinner face to pull it off.
