Likely a wig. It “sits” like a wig would and if it was a new cut and color, she would have tagged her stylist.

She is one of the few beautiful women who gives me the creeps. But I still loved seeing her in photos.
To me, blonde with curtain bangs makes her look ordinary, an iteration I didn't think possible. I would no longer notice her in a crowd.
