Do those hair growth vitamins REALLY work? Will they cause any weird side effects or interfere with any medications?

Please help! Also, does anyone know how fast hair usually grows?

I've found that for hair health, the right vitamin does work (I've tried many, and Hobe Labs Hair Energizer has helped my hair health, but not for growth - mine always seems to break off just after growing past my shoulders).

I've just started on the Hair Formula 37 Vitamins (just 2 days ago), so I'm hoping to grow my hair in the coming months at least halfway down my back. It's been a long time since I've had long hair, and with some of the HF 37 testimonials, I'm hoping that I'll have the same success.

From what I've heard, hair normally grows about 1/2 inch per month. As far as medication interactions, I would check with your doctor or pharmacist to ensure that there are no contraindications.
